M@Manuka, formerly a Woolworth’s supermarket, is located in the high-end retail precinct of Manuka.
HBO+EMTB was engaged to reposition this asset, transforming it from a large span supermarket space to a boutique fashion and fine food destination.
Intended to become a centre of designer fashion and fine food, the first floor level offers boutique office space with immediate access to the trading precinct.
An indoor/outdoor "loggia" provides a destination for both summer and winter fine dining. This design feature, with its proximity to major pedestrian paths, retail and office space provides a clear point of difference in an established retail precinct.
