HBO+EMTB completed the design and documentation of the first new major office building to emerge in Canberra's CBD for almost 10 years.

This seven level building, with a net-lettable space of 7,600sqm, also compromises a 60 vehicle car park occupying two basement floors. The finished facility will be a significant asset to the business activity of both the eventual tenants, and the Canberra CBD as a whole.

HBO+EMTB were responsible for all design and documentation works through to DA stage, when the development was sold by the original developer.
