HBO+EMTB was commissioned by Austcorp to bring new life to its building at 459 Little Collins Street, Melbourne The project features a new modern facade to the lower levels, a redesigned entry and ground floor lobby with the reconfiguration of its retail spaces.


Base building upgrades to the higher floors are also taking place, and include refurbished lift lobbies and tearooms, and an upgrade of finishes to vacant tenancy floors. Works also include refurbishment of lift car interiors to comply with DDA requirements.
