HBO+EMTB was commissioned by WA Developments for the architectural design of Radius, the first major office development in Mandurah, located one hour south west of Perth, Western Australia.

Responding to demand for quality office accommodation in this growing regional centre, the A-grade building provides seven levels with additional basement parking. The floorplate offers column-free tenancy options, with generous natural light and views of the ocean, marina and
Mandurah landscape.

The main building incorporates 7000sqm with a car parking allocation
of approximately 1 bay per 50sqm of office space. 600sqm of commercial space is available in the adjacent ‘pod’ - a low scale element with distinct street presence offering boutique tenants a point of difference.

The enlivened street level precinct incorporates casual, al fresco dining and retail. In addition, a rooftop entertaining area allows all tenants to enjoy 360-degree panoramic views.

With an innovative façade design and an emphasis on sustainable design, the development links Mandurah’s civic, marina and seaside nodes
in a sensitive, responsive manner.
