Moore Park Terrace, Sydney

HBO+EMTB Heritage was appointed to restore this original elegant two storey semi-detached federation building in the heritage conservation area of Moore Park, Sydney, NSW. 

HBO+EMTB have restored the building back to its original two storey residence and have excavated the basement to incorporate guest accommodation and an outdoor entertaining space. The garden was designed by Director of Landscape, Darren Mansfield, and smoothly integrates the internal and external spaces.

Retaining the original features and opening up the structure on all three levels has created a low maintenance home with majestic living and entertaining spaces plus extensive free wall space to exhibit an art collection.
