HBO+EMTB was appointed to work with Foster’s to develop a Corporate Accommodation Standards and Guideline Manual that could be applied to Foster’s property portfolio. Following our involvement with the development of their Corporate Accommodation Guidelines, Foster’s Group appointed HBO+EMTB to provide design services for the relocation of their Sydney office, encompassing 4,000sqm. Initially HBO+EMTB provided a detailed premises review for each of the three buildings that Foster’s Group selected. We then undertook the design and documentation of the fitout. The project has provided an opportunity to apply and test the principles of the new developed Corporate Accommodation Guidelines.
