HBO+EMTB developed a base building modification brief for submission to the builders, Multiplex facilitating the integration of the fitout including services. Space planning has resulted in a predominately open plan environment with minimal built offices and the maximum real estate dedicated to support and community areas intended to foster and encourage interaction between employees. Although the Client did not seek a Green Star Rating, the principles of sustainable design are central to the design of this healthy work environment.
