HBO+EMTB provided interior design services to Mallesons Stephen Jaques for the refurbishment of their 12,900sqm Sydney premises. The tenancy encompassing 9 floors in Governor Phillip Tower, including a client floor and 8 levels of practice floors.
The client floor is a mix of conference facilities, meeting rooms and a commercial kitchen. The design concept features sleek, smooth lines in stone, glass, perforated aluminium and veneer panelling, with a focus on the spectacular aspect and natural light.
The 8 levels of practice floors are a mix of open plan work space, offices, meeting rooms and support facilities and breakout spaces. Level 57 is designed as the social hub of the offices incorporating a large café, library and service centre.
HBO+EMTB has also designed Mallesons Stephen Jaques’ accommodation in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Perth.
