HBO+EMTB was appointed to provide design and build services to Samsung Securities’ new business department expansion at Three Exchange Square. Prior to site confirmation, HBO+EMTB conducted thorough feasibility studies on three potential commercial buildings in the Central district. The most efficient building according to their specifications was recommended and HBO+EMTB followed through with a design solution that catered to their operational requirements.
A neutral colour scheme and light flooring dominate the 15,000sqft floorplate, coupled with classic solid furniture to create a corporate and professional environment. A large staff breakout with a refreshing green and blue colour scheme facilitates a revitalising breakaway area for staff.
