HBO+EMTB was commissioned to refurbish the existing Perth head office and fit out additional space to address the amalgamation of SKM’s sites into one location.

HBO+EMTB’s workplace solution responds to the complex client brief, involving a transition of workstyles from traditional office environment to flexible open plan working and meeting spaces. Centralised built zones with workstations at the perimeter support openness, visibility and business connectivity. Circulation routes are deliberately designed to culminate at interactive zones that combine meeting, breakout and relaxation spaces to support teamwork and improve communication. The flexible, functional and user friendly design solution supports a changing organisation.
