HBO+EMTB has been appointed by Tenacity Real Estate Group Limited for the interior design of this luxury 35-storey residential development located on the island of Macau.
The commission includes design of the clubhouse, spa, gym and swimming pool. Conceptual designs have also been prepared for the various show suites including the townhouse, duplex and apartment configurations.
The design approach draws on Macau’s vibrant, urban character. Luxury details and subtle Asian influences inform the contemporary aesthetic, providing a modern cultural accent. The specification of sleek, minimalist finishes references the base building architecture resulting in polished, quality interiors.
