HBO+EMTB provided interior design and build services for Top Form Brassiere, a leading lingerie OEM company. Having occupied their previous tenancy for almost a decade, the client required a contemporary, open fitout at the Manulife Financial Centre premises. The new design was tailored to support their brand revamp into a sophisticated, modern environment and to foster a cohesive workplace.
The design adopts a vivacious open office environment with improved floor circulation. The staff breakout opens up to the mobile hub, facilitating greater staff and management cohesion. Central to the design is a curved wall accentuated with soft purple carpet flooring at the reception, which reinforces femininity and bodyline to reflect the nature of Top Form’s business. Green initiatives including reuse of existing furniture, biodegradable bamboo flooring and full use of the existing ceiling resulted in a cost effective, sustainable workplace.
