The Lilyfield Housing Redevelopment in Sydney has been awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating under the Green Building Council of Australia’s Multi Unit Residential Pilot tool.HBO+EMTB are providing full architectural services for the 88 unit public housing project in Sydney’s inner west, for Housing NSW. The 5 star rating represents ‘Australian Excellence’ in environmentally sustainable design and has scored a number of firsts:

First Multi Unit Residential project in Australia to achieve a 5 star rating

First Multi Unit Residential project in New South Wales to gain a Green Star rating

First social housing scheme anywhere in Australia to gain a Green Star rating
