Bellambi Residential Master Plan, Wollongong Australia

Austcorp Group Limited and its joint venture partner Bellpac engaged HBO+EMTB to prepare a master plan for the development of the South Bulli Colliery lands below the Illawarra escarpment at Bellambi, North Wollongong.

Preliminary work focused on calculation of developable land areas and culminated in the preparation of a master plan, which formed the basis of negotiations with government consent authorities and will form the basis of the rezoning to allow the estate to be developed.
