The 12,900sqm project encompasses nine levels, including a client floor and eight levels of practice floors. The design responds to the brief for contemporary, comfortable, flexible and functional spaces, whilst also introducing open plan workspaces to the practice floors.

The practice floors are a mix of open plan work space, meeting rooms, support facilities and breakout spaces. Significantly, the client has implemented an open plan environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and contact between groups while retaining access to views and natural light for all staff.
